Österkron

Österkron is a fine green veined soft cheese. This cheese specialty is produced in the Alpine region of Austria. The flavour and taste of Österkron are very spicy and intense. The intensity of the flavour gets more stronger the older the cheese gets. During its ripening period the added cheese cultures form green veins in the cheese mass. Österkron is one of the cheese favourites in Austria.

Parmigiano Reggiano

Parmigiano-Reggiano, erroneously called parmesan in the English language, is a hard granular cheese, cooked but not pressed, named after the producing areas of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and Bologna (all in Emilia-Romagna), and Mantova (in Lombardia), Italy. Under Italian law only cheese produced in these provinces may be labeled "Parmigiano-Reggiano," while European law classifies the name as a protected designation of origin.

Rotholzer Blauhudler

Blauhudler is another compsotion of cheese from a Tyrol region and a special sweetwine from Südburgenland in Austria. The blue mould cheese is refined with selected grapes from family Gratl which is a famous winery for Uhudler. With Blauhudler, Austria has launched the second very popular blue veined cheese after Kracher.
